PD-LD是一家光电子公司,总部在美国新泽西州彭宁顿,主要生产并装配带尾纤或者带光纤插口的二极管激光器、LED、探测器、高功率的脉冲激光以及光纤通信中的双向装置。是新泽西州发展快的技术性公司,PD-LD公司同时也生产客户定制的VBG零件,以及在拉曼光谱,高功率激光,显示器等方面需要使用的内置VBG的激光。

PD-LD公司的输出波长为523nm或者785nm的新型拉曼激光光源,采用光纤耦合输出,通过使用PD-LD公司专有的VBG-stabilized的808nm激光器,泵浦倍频到532nm的YAG晶体,实现了50mW的输出功率。 该光源具有窄线宽、高功率、紧凑及牢固的设计,使其特别适用于便携仪器应用。其小巧的外形和简单的接口使其成为工业、军事和应用的理想选择。还推出了TO封装光源,激光芯片被密封在TO-9或者TO-56中,整个TO结构整合在一个铜质的散热器中,以达到光学特性。出光口安装了非球面棱镜以及PD-LD公司的VBG,对光路进行压缩,并且得到窄带激光,是拉曼光谱的理想光源。在原先LML-785.0RB-XX的基础上,通过改变制冷方式,使得光源盒可以在-15摄氏度至50摄氏度的环境中工作,由此衍生出新的型号LML-785.0CB-XX。新款的产品同样继承了上代产品的紧凑型外观,只有76*64*17mm的大小,在这么大的体积上整合了5V的电压输入,可编程的USB等接口,光输出通过一个FC/APC接口耦合到光纤中,使用十分便捷。

A major application for VBG stabilized laser diodes is instrumentation, such as Raman spectroscopy, flow cytometry, DNA sequencing and other bio-instrumentation. VBG wavelength stabilization of high power laser diodes and laser diode arrays

Another major application of VBG technology is the wavelength stabilization of high power laser diodes and laser diode arrays, e.g., for more efficient pumping of solid state lasers and fiber lasers. Some dramatic improvements have been achieved:

VBG Wavelength Stabilized High Power Laser Diodes – Single Emitters

VBG wavelength stabilization can be applied to laser diodes of any power or wavelength. Our standard products in the single emitter line are 1, 2 and 3 Watt diodes in C-mount, TO 3 and 9 mm can packages. Standard wavelengths are 785 nm, 808 nm, 938nm and 976 nm. Please inquire about the availability of other wavelengths.

The geometry and dimensions of VBG stabilized diodes are comparable to standard high power laser diodes. VBG stabilized diodes have many important applications, e.g., in diode pumping of solid state lasers, in spectroscopy and sensing, and in medical and military areas.

VBG Wavelength Stabilized High Power Laser Diodes – Diode Arrays
VBG wavelength stabilization can be applied to laser diode arrays of any power or wavelength. The improvement in the emission characteristics is the same as in the case of single emitters. The geometry and dimensions of VBGr stabilized diode arrays are comparable to standard diode arrays.

Our standard VBG stabilized diode arrays include 20 and 40 watt devices emitting at 808 nm, 938 nm or 976 nm. Please inquire about other choices.

VBG Wavelength Stabilizers

We also offer our VBG wavelength stabilizers as separate products. These come in sizes suitable for single emitters or in sizes suitable for diode arrays stabilization. Stabilizers for diode array stacks are also available. Furthermore, we provide detailed application notes for use of VBG stabilizers.

Standard wavelengths are 785 nm, 808 nm, 938 nm, and 976 nm. Custom wavelengths and sizes are available.
